Once an order has been placed, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order. If we are experiencing a high order volume it may take 1-2 weeks. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All orders are carefully packed to make sure you receive your order in great condition. We are not responsible for any orders damaged, lost or stolen by shipping carriers. Once an order is placed and processed, no changes can be made to that order and refunds will not be allowed at this time.

If your item is damaged, you have 24 hours after receiving your order to email us a picture of your defective item. Once we receive your order we will inspect your defective item. Once we accept, we will process your exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once your replacement item has shipped.

Stand up to get an accurate waist measurement. Wrap the tape measure around the part of your stomach above your belly button. You can choose where you would like for your body chain to fall. The tape measure should rest gently on your skin. 

Once the tape measure is positioned correctly, breathe in gently and then take the measurement on the exhale.
