Shipping & Return Policy

Once an order has been placed, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order. If we are experiencing a high order volume it may take 1-2 weeks. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All orders are carefully packed to make sure you receive your order in great condition. We are not responsible for any orders damaged, lost or stolen by shipping carriers. Once an order is placed and processed, no changes can be made to that order and refunds will not be allowed at this time.

If your item is damaged, you have 24 hours after receiving your order to email us a picture of your defective item. Once we receive your order we will inspect your defective item. Once we accept, we will process your exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once your replacement item has shipped.

Please understand we are not responsible for return shipping cost.
